These terms govern your use of LogBuddy, an AI health-journalling and coaching app operated at logbuddy.app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
LogBuddy is a wellness and self-tracking tool. Its check-ins, readiness scores, insights and AI coach responses are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medication, injuries, pregnancy, eating disorders or any medical condition, and never delay seeking care because of something LogBuddy said. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use LogBuddy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@logbuddy.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Use LogBuddy for your own personal wellness tracking. Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scrape or resell its content, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the AI coach to provide clinical services to other people.
Coaching replies, weekly reports and insights are generated by AI models using the data you log. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review them with judgement, and treat any suggestion about training load, nutrition, sleep or supplements as a starting point for your own decisions.
You keep ownership of everything you log. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service can work for you, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to generate your responses.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use LogBuddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
LogBuddy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on the app's output.
